Supporting Customers through the entire Journey
In the Envision phase, the team gathers requirements and strategically plans the deployment of the private cellular network. This includes setting goals, defining the desired outcomes, and consulting on relevant 4G and 5G use cases, such as device integration and application possibilities. The process also involves evaluating and testing devices and edge applications in a lab environment.
Moving into the Design phase, an onsite pre-installation survey is conducted to assess site-specific variables like network connectivity and hardware mounting options. The team develops the network architecture, ensuring wireless, wired, and IoT applications are incorporated into the design. Predictive analysis is used to evaluate coverage and throughput, and detailed project rollouts are mapped out for efficient execution.
During the Integrate phase, equipment is pre-staged and tagged, ready for installation across multiple sites. The deployment includes setting up wireless, wired, and data center infrastructures, followed by post-installation verification to ensure optimal network performance. As-built reports document access point placements and system configurations.
Finally, the Operate phase involves ongoing management of the private cellular infrastructure, including real-time network monitoring by Khasm. A tiered support structure ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met, with 24/7 remote support available to address any issues.
